Todd Ederer’s expertise is built on over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, residential and commercial planning, and construction. In past years he was employed with Raven Development, a subsidiary of Physicians Insurance Company of Ohio (PICO) in Pickerington, Ohio. While there he analyzed large scale development opportunities and commenced implementation of Brookstone in Westerville, Ohio. Returning home to work the family real estate business with his father, Alan, Todd’s formation of Ederer Construction was a logical addition to the services of Ederer Real Estate. His responsibilities at Ederer Construction include lead generation, presentation, financial and contractual implementation and overall operational management.

His formal education includes a degree in Finance from the University of Akron and a Master of Arts in Real Estate and Finance from the Ohio State University. Todd draws from his background in finance and project analysis to create innovative, yet practical development projects such as Hickory: A Great Place to Live and Lake O'Springs Village. His use of frontline development strategies has contributed to a new approach to community building and neighborhood development in Northeast Ohio. Todd believes in using progressive construction methods practically and offers his customers the opportunity to build both efficiently and conscientiously.

Mr. Ederer is a managing member of Selle Generator Works, a historic mixed use complex, and of Hickory, a new traditional neighborhood development uniquely positioned along the Ohio and Erie Towpath Trail. He is Treasurer of the Home Builders Association of Summit and Portage Counties and on the board of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition. He is a past board member of the University Park Development Corporation. Ederer is a member of The Congress for the New Urbanism and recently earned his Certified Green Professional Designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
